Limits

Withdrawals are capped at 5,000 USDT per day per account. The cap protects an account whose password has been stolen: it bounds how much can leave before you notice. Merchants set their own minimum and maximum order sizes on each offer, so the limits you see when buying are theirs, not ours.

Why the merchant pays

The merchant is the one running a business here — posting offers, holding inventory, and earning on the spread they set. Charging the buyer as well would mean the price shown on an offer is not the price paid, and a marketplace where the quoted number is not the real number is a marketplace nobody can compare prices on.

Common questions

Does the buyer pay a fee on Voltex?

No. The buyer pays the rate shown on the offer. The trading fee is charged to the merchant who posted it.

What does it cost to withdraw USDT?

Voltex adds no withdrawal fee. You pay only the BNB Smart Chain network fee, which is a few cents and goes to the network, not to Voltex.

Is there a fee to make an account?

No. Registering, verifying your identity and holding a balance are all free.
